Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Yes, all orders will receive a shipping confirmation email and/or text message depending on the information you entered at checkout. Once an order ships a confirmation e-mail will be sent containing a tracking number & you'll be updated when your package is nearing delivery.

If, for some reason, you can't find your shipping confirmation email, please reach out to us at support@belvana.com with your order number and details for your inquiry.

If you didn't do the following, you could be experiencing shipping delays:

Verify your shipping address at checkout. Please, note that your billing address can be different from your shipping address. Include your apartment number or suite number on the second line of your shipping address. Verify you have entered your e-mail address correctly so that we can reach out just in case.
Always make sure to do these three things when ordering so we can make your experience as seamless as possible! You may have a shipping delay as the order could be on "back-order" due to high demand but we will inform you via e-mail if this is the case. If you supplied the wrong address Belvana cannot change it once the shipper has it.  You have to contact the courier to make changes if possible.  At the time of checkout you can supply your cell number to receive SMS messages for tracking updates. 

NOTE: If your package is being returned to us you will get refunded once we receive the item(s). However, you will have to replace your order as none of our agents have access to your credit card/Debit card/Paypal or personal payment information to assist you.

If you're wondering where your package is, you can find your tracking number on your receipt.  Please check your e-mail as we send it to the email you provided at check-out.  

Once you place your order, you have one hour to cancel your order.  We do not allow cancellations or modifications of your order once it has been finalized.

Please ensure all shipping and contact info is correct before submitting your order. Once your order has been finalized we will not be able to modify it. 

We have strict procedures to protect customers personal information. Please read the following to understand the nature of your order transaction:

1. Our agents cannot see your credit/debit/PayPal information.
2. If your order has processed, then we cannot stop the order and it will ship.
3. If your order ships you will have to refuse it upon delivery.
4. Once your order returns to our warehouse you will receive your refund.
5. If you receive the order, then you are responsible for returning the Unopened item within 30 days in order to qualify for a refund.
