Refund policy

We want you to love your Belvana order. If you are not completely satisfied, please send an email with your order number to support@belvana.co.uk within 30 days of purchase. We will provide a return authorization and mailing information. Refunds are issued once the return order has been received and inspected. All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5 business days of receipt, less an $5.00 restocking fee. All shipping fees are non-refundable.

Order can usually be cancelled within 12 hour of purchase however please note that this is not always possible due to the quick turnaround in our warehouse. If the order has already been shipped, this will be returned under the 30 day returns policy and shipping costs will not be refunded. Please note that we are unable to accept opened and/or used devices due to hygiene reasons.

Products that remain in their original packaging and are unopened are allowed to be returned. Faulty or damaged items products as also allowed to be returned despite being opened.



To start a return, you can contact us at support@belvana.co.uk or visit or online return portal. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
